How to Return a Product

Policies and process for returning a product


Please follow these steps to return items from your order:

  1. Before requesting a return, please review the return policy under the terms of purchase.
  2. If the product you purchased is a returnable item, fill out the form below to request an RMA (return materials authorisation) number. We will email you an RMA number within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. You can also contact us at 0800 90 80 80 or email nz-sales@element14.com.
  3. For the return, please put the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. We do not accept returned items without an RMA number.

Deal with Product Damage

Our distribution centres carefully pack our merchandise for dispatch, or our suppliers pre-pack it in compliance with carrier requirements. However, we realise that delivery damage may occur despite these precautions.

Upon delivery, please inspect all shipments for any shortages or external signs of damage. If you find a problem, please contact our support team at 0800 90 80 80 or email nz-sales@element14.com.
